A great facial exfoliant you can do at home:

• Mix 1 teaspoon granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon plain yogurt just until combined
• Gently rub in circles on clean, damp face for a minute or so
• Rinse with warm water
• Do once a week
• Follow with moisturizer

To refresh sleepy, puffy eyes:

• Use damp, chilled chamomile or green-tea bags
• Leave on eyes for up to 15 minutes

For rough, dry skin on the feet:

• Mix ? cup Epsom salts with ? cup sea salt with one gallon of warm water
• Optional: add 3 to 5 drops of peppermint and lavender oils
• Soak for 10 to 15 minutes
• Use a scrub or pumice

• Apply nude liner along the inside rim of lower lid to brighten eyes; this technique will minimize redness and visually extend the whites of your eyes making them appear wider and brighter
• When you are running low on foundation mix what is left with your daily moisturizer (this saves a step also by combining the two, and you will get a more sheer coverage that is perfect for daytime
• If you like lip gloss but want a color that last, dab on a soft pink or berry lip stain, let it set, follow with a coat of clear gloss-even when the shines wears away you will still have a pop of color.
